Why we can't look it up

Ask whoever set it up.

If a bookmark and your inbox both come up empty, ask whoever administers the system where you work — they set it up, and they will know it.

We cannot look it up from an email address, because each business on this platform is a separate system and we do not hold a list of who works where. That is the same separation that keeps your organisation's records out of everybody else's, so it is not a gap we intend to close.
