Field-based work, in any industry that has to prove it
Delivered as
Your own workspace, your own database, your own documents

Born on real jobs

Built inside a working contractor, not a software house.

PhoenixNet was developed inside PRCD Pty Ltd, a Queensland contracting business, to run its own field, workshop, commercial and project delivery work.

It replaced disconnected systems and spreadsheets with linked records — from the first enquiry through delivery, invoicing and handover. Because it is built and extended in-house, the system moves at the speed of the work: detailed estimating, programme planning, Outlook-linked correspondence, purchasing and finance controls, client inspection points and engineering calculators have all been added because a real job needed them.

Now it is available as a platform. Each organisation gets its own secure workspace at its own address, its own database, its own document storage and its own integrations — completely separated from every other organisation on the platform.

Who it's for

One system, many kinds of field-based work.

The common shape is the same everywhere: plan the work, send people and equipment to do it, and be able to prove afterwards that it was done right.

  • Pipelines and utilities

Linear work with a paper trail that has to survive the asset: welds and joints recorded against the material that made them, pressure and test records, as-built evidence and registered documentation.

  • Construction and residential

From quote to handover: estimates and programmes, purchasing and deliveries, trades and inspections, variations and claims, and a clean documentation pack at the end.

  • Maintenance and site services

Recurring and reactive work across client sites: crews, pre-starts, plant, materials, time and evidence captured in the field, with client-visible progress where you want it.

  • Civil construction and earthworks

Production-based estimating, resource planning, daily records, quality verification and accountable handover — with the volume and excavation calculators built in.

  • Drone and aerial services

Survey, inspection and aerial data operations: missions planned and recorded as jobs, pilots and certifications tracked like any qualification, equipment calibrated and compliant, deliverables filed against the client and the job.

  • Fabrication and industrial services

Workshop orders, materials and lot traceability, welding records and qualifications, structured inspection plans and registered documentation for the work that demands it.

If your business plans work, sends people and equipment to do it, and has to prove afterwards that it was done right — PhoenixNet was built for you.

Across the job lifecycle

From first enquiry to accountable handover.

Jobs, clients, personnel, materials and evidence stay connected as work moves through the business. Less re-entry, and a current position that is easier to see.

What's inside

One operating system for the whole business.

Eight connected areas rather than eight products. Each one writes to the same record, which is why the evidence at the end assembles itself.

  • Estimating and sales

The system in practice

Six views. One operating system.

Current interfaces, captured from a working installation. What they show is the shape of the record, not anybody's real job.

01

Project delivery

A client project workspace showing progress records, updates and site photographs
The project in one view. Progress, updates and installation photographs stay beside the job, and are visible to the authorised client.
02

Quality assurance

A structured inspection and test plan showing acceptance criteria, hold points, witness points and record provenance
Quality is part of delivery. Structured inspection and test plans make acceptance criteria, hold points, witness points, verification and provenance visible.
03

Client visibility

A client dashboard showing jobs, hours, invoices, QA packs and inspection points
Useful access without oversharing. Clients see their authorised jobs and the evidence you deliberately share, including QA packs and inspection points.
04

Estimating and planning

An estimating programme showing work sections, dates, dependencies, roster cycles and a resource clash
Price it and programme it together. Work sections, dates, dependencies and roster cycles, with resource clashes surfaced before they are promised to a client.
05

Commercial and finance

A finance overview showing receivables, payables and items needing attention
The commercial position, from the work. Receivables, payables and attention items, reconciled against your own accounting connection.
06

Specialist traceability

An electrofusion weld record showing fitting batch, fusion parameters, preparation checks and site photographs
The evidence stays with the work. Where an industry demands it — this one is a pipeline weld — the operator, the qualification, the batch, the parameters, the checks and the testing are kept together.

Every name, company, job number, figure and date in these captures is fictional demonstration data. No customer information appears on this page.

The record keeps the story

Six months or six years later, it still answers.

Evidence stays linked to the work that produced it: material received → issued to the job → work recorded → quality verified → handover assembled.

That chain is not a report run at the end. It is how the records are written in the first place, which is why the pack at handover is an assembly rather than an archaeology exercise. Who did what, with which materials, checked by whom, and shared with the client when — the record still answers all four.

For the people using it

Two audiences, one record.

Staff and clients look at the same underlying work through deliberately different windows.

For your staff

  • One place for the current job, client, workforce and compliance position.
  • Guided forms and field-ready capture, built for a phone on a site rather than a desk.
  • Dashboards and attention queues that surface what is missing, expiring, overdue or waiting on approval.
  • Role-based access and audit history, so who changed what is never a question.

For your clients

  • Their authorised jobs, progress and shared documents — and nothing else.
  • Structured evidence for assurance, and a faster handover because it was assembled as the work happened.
  • Hold and witness points that make their own participation visible.
  • Complete separation from every other organisation's information.

Your own workspace

Your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

Each organisation runs in its own workspace at its own address — yourcompany.phoenixnet.au.

Its own database. Its own file storage. Its own Microsoft 365 and accounting connections, entered by you and used by nobody else. Its own branding, its own users, its own backups. Separation is the architecture rather than a setting: there is no shared table that one organisation's records could be read out of by another.

Workspaces are set up by us rather than self-served, so a new business starts with its connections, its people and its first module structure already in place.
